Allergens - Guests are requested to inform the wait staff of the need to consume food free of certain allergenic substances before ordering. During preparation in the kitchen, cross-contamination cannot be excluded. Therefore our dishes may contain the allergenic substances from the official table according to EU Reg. 1169/11 contained in the menu. In addition, all ingredients on this menu that are considered allergens are carefully specified in order to minimise possible problems for at-risk persons.
